Allows anyone to host a connection on their own servers (as many of you have) for free, or use Marrow servers for a couple dollars a month. It's genuinely useful for me because I know where I want to be health/fitness wise but don't know exactly how to get there. General advice is great but more personalized goal setting with claude has pushed me to try a lot of things I never would have on my own. For example, it noticed a pattern that when I ate high-protein dinners I'd often have poor sleep, which I had never thought about. Does not require claude pro/max.
