I’m building a SaaS for bars that replaces the traditional jukebox experience with a QR-based system. Customers scan a QR code, search for a song from their phone, and add it to the venue’s queue. The bar gets control over what can be played, karaoke, promotions, blocked content, and the overall experience. Technically, the product is already working. The part I’m struggling with now is something I think a lot of founders eventually face: Is this actually a problem people will pay to solve? It’s a pretty niche market, which I actually like, but I’m trying to avoid spending months adding features before proving there’s enough demand. For those building SaaS products: How do you validate a niche B2B SaaS before going too far with development? Would you focus on getting paying customers first
