Founders of self-funded startups, how are you handling ongoing costs? I currently have 2 startups with 7 engineers across them and the build phase was expensive. We're currently fundraising and it seems like all the money is dried up. With AI IPOs sapping all the money, I think it will be a losing battle. Maybe that's the intention. We just finished the builds but I still need to drop costs for the GTM blitz. Since fundraising is slim, I was thinking of moving my startups to Dubai/India. This would help us stay competitive in this inflationary environment with access to capital and talent.
