We had a dedicated room tablet that would brick whenever Calendar hiccuped — blank screen, nobody knows if the room is free, meeting starts awkward. So I built a browser-based room display: open any iPad (or browser), point it at the room’s Google Calendar, and it shows who’s in next and whether it’s free. No App Store install, no proprietary hardware. Free for 30 days, then about $10/room/month if it’s useful.
