Hey guys, 6 months ago I started LetsFG with a single goal. Change the whole experience of booking travel in the world. It was an incredibly bumpy ride but I'm happy to see it's starting to become real. This week we've hit 20k monthly active users and over 2k github stars of love. If I had to start all over again here are 6 things I'd tell myself: Travel industry is 100yo, slow as f*ck behemoth. Prepare to grind your nails off on fighting for integrations, and months of going through sales processes just to land on a 10k setup fee. Be patient, but take this as a huge opportunity. You have a chance. If you want to win global consumer, you can't charge people, take comission on the booking from the airline, hotel or service. Everything takes longer than you want or expect
