I recently built something called Design Repo. The idea was to feed design context into coding agents. Stuff like references, rules, and visual preferences. Because every new session I had to explain the same design intent again. I got it working. Agents could pull the context. But the designs still did not look good enough. That is when it hit me. I was solving two different things at once. I did need a way to keep design context across sessions. That part felt real. But I was also hoping better context would make the AI design like a human.
