We've got all our data accessible to various tools. Chat logs, emails, meeting transcripts, tickets - and yet there is still a lot of politics and 'gut feeling' behind those in the business that get the credit. Worse, sometimes people who take shortcuts for the quick win whilst leaving a trail of destruction in their wake are never held accountable. And all too often the folks that called out issues early and were ignored are not recognised.
