we adopted notion and honestly half the team never touches it. the flexibility that power users love is the exact thing that scares everyone else off. i'm hunting for something where making a decent looking doc or page doesn't require learning a system first. lower floor, even if the ceiling is lower too. one tool i've been testing for our client facing docs is Gamma, mostly because people who avoid our wiki will actually read what comes out of it. for teams that switched, what did you move to and did adoption actually improve? that's my whole problem, not features.   submitted by   /u/Big_Currency_1805 [link]   [comments]
