How do you handle creating your GitHub Profile README? I've noticed that creating a good GitHub Profile README can be surprisingly time-consuming. You need to collect information about your profile, projects, languages, contributions, and then format everything nicely. I'm curious how other developers handle this today. Do you: Create one manually and maintain it over time? Use an existing generator? Copy a template and customize it? Not bother with a profile README at all?
