Original Summary

Holobrook is a free browser app that simulates opening Pokemon booster packs. You rip packs from real sets, keep what you pull in a digital binder, and chase set completion. Chasing a specific card these days is brutal. Packs sell out, prices climb, and you can drop a lot of money without getting the one you wanted. I wanted something relaxing that still felt meaningful, so I built this. What it does: Rip virtual packs from real sets, base set through the newest ones, with a proper tear-and-reveal animation Every card is a real card with real market data, so pulls actually feel like something Everything you pull goes into a digital binder, with set completion tracking Duplicates turn into "dust" you can spend to grade your best pulls, which slabs them into a Trophy Room No account, no downloads, no ads, nothing to buy. Your collection saves in your browser What I'd love feedback on: does the pack-opening moment actually feel satisfying? Is the first run clear or confusing? And what would bring you back a second time? Any other interesting ideas to build into it? Would love if it had some traction and future dream of doing seasonal runs with leaderboards just to give a feeling of people ripping and competing (for fun) holobrook.com - No account necessary. Rip through collector mode (3 number of packs per day for the journey) or just unlimited rips submitted by /u/Firm-Score8665 [link] [comments]
