I’d have money coming in, expenses going out, and a chunk that needed to be kept aside for taxes. The actual amount I could spend was never really obvious without checking a bunch of cells. So I made a small dashboard that just gives me that number directly. It tracks the money coming in and out, sets aside the tax amount, and shows what’s actually left. You can also import an existing spreadsheet instead of starting everything from scratch.
