My fantasy league has been going since 2013. Every week someone wrote power rankings by hand, with a roast of every team, and it was the best part of the group chat. It also took hours. So I built MMT HQ to do it automatically. What it does - Paste your ESPN or Sleeper league link, and in about 10 seconds you see your own league roasted, before signing up for anything - One tap builds the league: it imports every season you've ever played (standings, champions, last-place finishers, every trade) - Every Tuesday it writes new power rankings from your real scores, with a take on every team, counted down from last place like a reveal - Leaguemates don't sign up. They open one link and tap their name What I learned on launch day - Letting people build before signing in mattered. Asking for Google sign-in right after someone saw their league felt like a wall, so this morning I switched to building first as a guest, with sign-in later to keep the league. Today's first real signup came through that path. - Yahoo shut the door this summer. Yahoo's Fantasy API now needs a manual approval for every app. The integration is built and waiting, and in the meantime Yahoo links get an email waitlist. - Phones open sign-in return links twice. Both Google and Yahoo sign-ins randomly bounced people back to the sign-in page. It turned out mobile browsers sometimes hit the return URL twice at once, and the second hit reuses a one-time code. Fixed by letting the second request wait for the first. Stack: React + Vite front end, Express + Postgres on Fly.io. Free during beta.
