Small shops sit between Excel (always slightly wrong) and warehouse software (built for racks and a pick crew). Shopify stores a quantity, but there’s no camera on the shelf. I built Voorraadscanner: scan barcodes with your phone, manage stock on your PC. Same account. Browser or PWA — no App Store. Phone: camera plus/minus, unknown codes look up a name. PC: products, movements, pick lists, USB scanner. Optional Shopify/WooCommerce. Square/Lightspeed from Pro. Not a cash register, not for 3PLs. Weird build notes: Android’s system camera can kill a PWA tab, so photos stay in the in-page viewfinder. A scan beep ducks music on Windows, so confirmation is haptic only.
