I’m building Deploy , a tool aimed at moving apps from AI builders to infrastructure the owner controls. Exporting the frontend is only part of the job. The harder questions are what happens to users, authentication, data, backend functions, workflows, secrets, and integrations. I’m working through those migration paths and testing deployments; I don’t want to call any builder a complete migration until it passes an end-to-end test. If you’ve tried to move an app off a builder, where did you get stuck?
