We've been building a marketplace of small AI apps for a few months, mostly heads-down on product. Only started posting about it in public the last few weeks. The biggest surprise so far hasn't been technical. It's how differently the same output lands depending on who's looking at it. A background swap on a product photo gets called "AI slop" by one seller and "exactly what I needed" by the next, same output both times.
