I realised I knew my own website too well. I knew where everything was, what every button did and how to contact me. A new customer doesn't. So I built a tool that goes through a website like a potential customer, trying to find information, enquire, book or buy, and looks for points where someone could get confused or drop off. It then turns everything it finds into a detailed report with evidence and recommended fixes. Basically it discovers what happens when someone who has never seen your website tries to become a customer?
