Hello everyone! I am a motion designer currently conducting a study to understand the needs of SaaS companies and specifically how motion design videos can address those needs. I’d like to get your input on two questions: 1. What is your main challenge : - Attracting new customers? - Getting your current customers to use your software/app and retaining them in the long run? 2.
