Original Summary

Hey everyone, I got this idea while sitting in a government office and watching people struggle with complicated digital forms. At the same time, I was thinking about how technology is evolving with AI. I started wondering: why should people have to struggle with a website when they already know what they want to do? The same problem exists in e-commerce. Complicated forms and checkout processes can frustrate people and sometimes cause them to leave before completing a purchase. There are already many AI agents trying to solve this by crawling websites, scraping pages, or controlling browsers. But that can be slow and unreliable, especially when websites change. It can also create security and infrastructure concerns for businesses. So I started exploring a different approach: What if the AI could connect directly to the company’s official API? The user could simply say or type what they want in natural language. The AI understands the request and communicates with the company’s existing system through an authorized API. Natural language → AI → official API → task completed My goal is to make this free for consumers, fast, efficient, and reliable , while helping businesses reduce digital friction and improve the customer experience without having to completely change their existing infrastructure. I’ve built a working prototype around this idea. Now I’m particularly interested in hearing from businesses and developers: Would you consider adopting something like this to improve your customer experience and potentially increase conversion? What would make you interested in it, and what would stop you? If you’d like to discuss the idea, DM me or leave a comment. I’ve also made a short demo showing the prototype and explaining the underlying mechanism: https://youtu.be/YmB7xeoxNsU?si=Z\_4VxvvnuRsYhVYZ submitted by /u/basidabd [link] [comments]
