It’s called Sip, Kitty. You choose how often you want a water reminder, and a little cat shows up on the page with a bottle. That’s the useful part. The other part is that you can hover over it and watch it react. Approach too quickly and it hops away. Apparently my water reminder needed a personality. Here’s a short demo, narrated by me because the cat refused.
