I was looking for a notification manager where I can manage it by categories, so I don't have to search through each app or disable one by one whenever a promotional notification comes in. I found none, so I built it myself! It's an open-source notification manager where not only you can turn off the whole category in one click but you can actually see which notifications are getting blocked and which are passing through. You can also create rules with matching words or phrases to block certain app categories where they mix important and promotional notifications in the same channel.
