Original Summary

20 days ago I launched my web app without telling anyone. Basically a launch where the only person who knew about it was me. Progress was slow because I don't have money to put into this. I'm still in high school, so my only income is a $55 government stipend. Then yesterday I came home from school and checked my dashboard. A user from the UK had bought my $5 trial package (one video generation). I honestly did not expect this. I've done zero real marketing. Just a few bad Instagram videos that got 50-100 views. I have about a week's worth of updates stacked up, so I'm deploying those now. And I'm giving this user some free credits, because he was my first customer and he deserves it. That $4.17 didn't change my life, but it changed how I see this project. I'm still 17, still broke, still figuring things out.
