Everyone keeps talking about how fast Claude/Cursor can get you from idea → working app. I think the more interesting problem is what happens after it works . You can generate auth, payments, APIs and a decent UI surprisingly fast now. But then you get real users. Now a webhook fails silently. A permission is wrong. An API goes down. A migration touches production data. Nobody knows something broke until a customer tells you. At that point the bottleneck isn’t really writing code anymore. It’s knowing what you forgot to think about.
