Two projects this year cleared every check I had. Real itch, researched, actually finished. I used each one for about a week and realized I didn't want to. Both times the mistake was the same: I validated on paper, never on a stranger. No one outside my own head had reacted to either idea before I started building. The third idea is a tool built for exactly that gap. You describe what you're building, it finds the right community and drafts a real feedback post for it, you post it yourself under your own account, and it watches the actual replies for a week. Not upvotes or "cool idea" comments, replies that name what you currently do instead, or ask when they can try it. If nobody says anything concrete, that's the answer too. Nothing's built beyond a landing page right now. That's the point, I'm running this same test on the idea itself before writing a line of the real thing.
