Original Summary
We had a baby this year and the "I do everything here" / "no, I'm the one up at 3am" argument became a weekly thing. Neither of us was lying, we just had no idea. So I built Fair Share: you log minutes spent on baby, cooking, dishes, cleaning… with a timer, a one-tap preset or your voice ("35 minutes of dishes"). A scale tips towards whoever's doing more, and monthly stats show the real picture. Turns out we were both wrong about different things. 😅 It also works for flatshares (up to 5 people, becomes a leaderboard), and it has widgets, Dynamic Island and a Lock Screen timer. Would love honest feedback, especially on whether "keeping score" feels helpful or toxic to you. Side note, since I know how this sub feels about it: this was also an experiment. I come from a classic dev background, and I wanted to see how far you can get today vibe coding a brand-new iOS app from scratch: zero budget, and as little code reading as possible. I fully expected to spend my weekends untangling spaghetti. Honest verdict: I'm pleasantly surprised. CloudKit sync, widgets, Live Activities, all shipped. Is the code what I'd write by hand? No. Does it work, and did it ship? Yes. Which leaves me wondering where you'd draw the line between "app slop" and a real app: is it how it's built, or whether it solves an actual problem? ioS app Faire Share (EN) iOS app Qui Fait Quoit ?
