A QR code can look familiar while the destination is completely unfamiliar. That is the problem I'm working on with ScanPop. I'm Muhammed Nedim Ipek, its maker. The app scans a QR code, checks the destination for domain-reputation and phishing warning signs, then shows a readable risk result before you decide to open it. It also supports barcodes, scan history and QR generation. The product question I'd like feedback on is the result screen: what information would help you make a decision without implying that a scanner can guarantee safety?
