3 weeks ago, my friends all got it in their head to try a Hyrox competition to give us all a reason to get outside and train. When we started we really didn't know how to train for hyrox or how to make it a collaborative thing. So we sat down and talked about it and the final result is this pretty cool app I made for exactly that purpose! Anyone can use it, completely for free, there is no transactions in the entire application at all, just a way to pick a hyrox race or no race at all, get free programming, and track your predicted improvement scores for a Hyrox event.
