Hey r/SideProject - wanted to share something I've been building for the last few months: Tennis Career Sim, a free browser game where you play out an entire pro tennis career week by week, season by season. Stack-wise it's intentionally simple - Python stdlib http.server backend, vanilla JS frontend, SQLite for persistence, deployed on Railway. No accounts, no ads, no dependencies to speak of. The core simulation is built on real match data, and every decision you make - training focus, tournament schedule, how you manage fatigue - actually drives your player's skill and growth over the career, not just cosmetic choices. On top of that: real ranking progression, surface-based matchups, career-long rivalries and an achievement system benchmarked against every career ever played. Live at https://www.topseed.gg .
