Original Summary
Hey Redditors, For SaaS teams using AI in any parts of your customer support workflows or integrations e.g., if your product handles customer service using any one of, or a combination of chatbots, reply suggestions, AI-assisted tickets, Agentic tool calls, whatever shape it takes: When a customer, partner, auditor or regulator says " show me exactly what your AI did in this specific interaction ," how do you approach responding to this? Do you produce raw logs, or some reconstructed explanation? Who assembles it, and how long does it take them to do so? Have you ever been put under pressure (e.g. some expected time-window) to provide the explanations? Has whoever is the recipient of the information ever pushed back or asked for more? Have you ever risked being hit, or actually experienced any consequences for not being able to clearly provide the information? Curious how this works in practice across different companies/domains. Please chime in if you've experienced this, or if you're pretty sure you'd figure it out if/when asked. Just want to hear real experiences about how you've approached, or would approach being in this predicament. submitted by /u/Old-Discussion-2177 [link] [comments]
