When a B2B SaaS team at Series A to C needs senior product or UX design help and does not want a full-time hire, how does it actually find someone? - Where did you look first: a referral, LinkedIn, a marketplace like Toptal or Contra, a subscription studio, an agency, Google? - If you searched, what did you type? If you did not, why not? - What made you say no to the options you did not pick? - What did you end up paying: monthly, hourly, or per project?
