Original Summary

I'm a certified trainer, and the thing I see over and over with clients, friends, and even my own parents when I try to get them healthy isn't motivation, it's decision fatigue. Even people who genuinely want to work out get stuck on figuring out what to do, whether they have the right equipment, how much time they actually have, and that friction alone is enough to make them skip the day entirely. So I built Morph to remove that step. It uses location awareness to know where you are, home, a gym, traveling, wherever, and suggests a workout that fits without you having to plan it yourself. It nudges you if you've gone quiet for a while and adjusts your goals day to day instead of assuming every day looks the same. Full lift tracking with PRs and progressions is in there too for strength training, plus groups/friends for accountability. The goal was to remove the "what do I even do today" moment entirely, since in my experience that's usually where people fall off, not the workout itself. Would love feedback from this crowd on the idea and the pitch. submitted by /u/Major_Agent208 [link] [comments]
