Last week, I shared questions here about my SaaS and got some honest feedback. Some of it pointed out that the UI felt a bit “vibe coded.” It helped me realise that adding features wasn’t enough. People needed to understand what they could do and where to go next. So I’ve been reworking LinkInSeconds with a cleaner layout, clearer navigation and more visible tracking and analytics. The goal is practical: someone sharing a client project should be able to put multiple files into one link, manage access with passwords or expiry, and check views and downloads without digging through the dashboard. I wanted it to feel more polished, but also easier to use for real work. The video shows the updated experience. I’m feeling much better about this direction, though I still need to see whether it helps more people complete their first upload. My biggest takeaway: feedback is most useful when you turn “this looks confusing” into a specific workflow you can improve. Thanks to everyone who took the time to share honest thoughts.
