I was reading YC&#x27;s Request for startups and came to this section by Raphael Schaad(Visiting Partner YC) - [https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.ycombinator.com&#x2F;rfs#ai-powered-consumer-products-for-1-billion-people]. He mentions token (intelligence) costs falling 10x a year.<p>I could find no good sources to quantify that and decided to build tokenindex to visualise dropping intelligence costs.<p>It&#x27;s completely OSS and uses a one-of-it&#x27;s kind dataset, i spliced from different sources like wayback machine, litellm commits &amp; Epoch AI benchmarks.
