My cofounder and I are building Solo, and ListMyCar.ai has been our test case: a real product with users, releases, and things that break after the demo works. The seller flow is fairly simple: enter a VIN, add photos, and get a listing with vehicle details, pricing guidance, and copy for different marketplaces. We built the first AI demo in a weekend. Getting it to operate as a business took about a month of accumulated founder time between April and August. By the August snapshot, it had 727 monthly active users. More than 50 people created listings across April–August. These are early usage numbers, not a claim that we’ve found product-market fit.
