I’m the founder of OfferFluent, and I’m testing a narrower version of my side project. The problem: many non-native candidates can describe the team’s work, but freeze when asked what they personally decided, changed, measured, and learned. The current loop is simple: Add a real resume and job description. Practice one realistic interview question. Find the vague claim. Answer the same challenge again with clearer ownership. I’m looking for blunt feedback from builders: would this loop be useful, or is “make your answer more specific” too obvious to pay for?
