I do have company data for 93 countries, so it was technically true. Then I counted rows per country instead of counting countries. 36 countries have more than 100,000 companies in them. 81 have more than 10,000. The rest are a few hundred rows each, which is a rounding error dressed up as coverage. The defensible number is 81, so that is what the site says now. France bothered me more than the country count did. 17.3 million rows, which looks fantastic until you check how many of those rows carry a website. 0.6 percent.
