Original Summary
I run multiple side projects, and answering customer questions from a personal Gmail address always made the products feel less legitimate than they actually are. Not to mention its a bit embarrassing. The alternatives weren’t great either. I could pay for a separate email account for every domain, keep checking multiple inboxes, or set up a full help desk that was far more complicated than I needed. So I built something called InboxNest It lets you create branded addresses like support@, hello@, billing@, or feedback@ for every business you run, then manage all of the conversations from one inbox. You can keep your existing email setup, connect a domain directly, and add a customizable contact widget or hosted contact page to your website. Every plan includes unlimited addresses per domain. I built this specifically for people running multiple side projects or small businesses who need something more professional than personal Gmail, but much simpler than a traditional help desk. I’d genuinely love feedback from other side-project builders: Does this solve a problem you’ve had, and what would stop you from trying it? submitted by /u/beechwood_io [link] [comments]
