I'm not a developer by trade — I'm a hobbyist who builds small iPhone apps on nights and weekends. This is the first one I've shipped to the App Store. Small things I ended up caring way too much about: - The medium widget shows two events side by side; the large one shows a "hero" event plus your next three. - Widgets can't refresh every few seconds on iOS (Apple budgets them), so I added an arrow button that flips to the next event instantly — that took longer than the rest of the widget. - The rounded corners of the cards inside the widget are mathematically matched to the widget's own corners.
