Hey everyone, I’ve been immersing in Japanese for a while and got tired of tracking hours and characters in spreadsheets or scattered notes. It was hard to stay consistent, see what other people were actually watching or reading, and get that little push from knowing others were putting in the time too. So I built immersionlog: https://immersionlog.com/ It’s a tracker focused on Japanese immersion. You can start a timer or log sessions after the fact for anime, manga, visual novels, light novels, books, YouTube, podcasts, and more. Covers, titles, and known lengths pull in automatically from AniList, VNDB, TMDB, and Google Books. It keeps a library with progress, ratings, and notes, plus stats like XP (1 per minute), streaks, heatmaps, reading speed in characters per hour, goals, and rankings. There’s also a community side: activity feed, follows, kudos on sessions, member directory, public profiles, and clubs. The idea is that immersion doesn’t have to feel completely solo.
