Original Summary
Hey all, I've been growing my SAAS to around 5K MRR and have a monthly churn of about 8%. Im just wondering if this is something I should work on getting down or should I just spend all my energy on increasing the MRR? My thought process is that there's always going to be churn and this doesn't seem like a crazy high number to worry about (maybe the customers just don't need the service anymore). However, I'm not sure this is the right approach so I would love some advice on the topic. TLDR: Should I focus on reducing my churn? And if so, what's the best way to go about this (e.g. adding exit flows etc)? Thanks! submitted by /u/Wonderful-Job1920 [link] [comments]
