Original Summary
Hey all, small solo project I've been chipping away at. Every time I wanted to actually understand my competition — pricing, positioning, what they're doing that I'm not — I'd end up with 15 tabs open, half-finished notes, and no real answer by the end of it. So I built ScoutBrief. You describe your business (or list a few known competitors), and it puts together a structured report: who your competitors actually are, how they're positioned, what they charge, their strengths/weaknesses, and a few market trends worth knowing. It verifies what it can against real sources instead of just guessing. First report is free, no card needed. After that it's pay-per-report or a small monthly plan if you want to track a few businesses over time and get told when something changes. Still pretty early, so I'd genuinely appreciate anyone kicking the tires and telling me what's missing or where it falls short.
