I spent around 8 months building product and I was very hopeful of it being successful on launch but things were quite different than what I initially expected. Just for context, my web saas is EnhanceCraft, AI image toolkit consisting of three workflows for Photographers, Ecommerce Sellers, and Real Estate Agents but this is not exactly how I planned it initially. I really wanted to build product around image enhancement then I did validation and found out that market is very much crowded so I started looking for problems current user base is facing and I found few things that included traditional static UI with all of features like upscale, remove background, face restoration, so I thought I would spend time in building UI that is modern, intuitive and give seamless experience.
