I run internal workshops a few times a month and I open every one of them with the same two questions. Dinner with anyone, dead or alive. What's one task at work you have to do but hate. Good questions, but I have colleagues who have now heard them four times. So I built the thing I wanted: open it on the phone while getting ready, star three or four questions into tonight's set, put the phone away. In the room, tap one and it fills the screen like a slide. If you don't like the three on screen, tap again for three more. Nothing repeats on you until the whole pack has had a turn.
