And the day-to-day is run by an AI agent I supervise — it runs the matching, reads and answers the support inbox, moderates listing photos, and wrote the SEO pages that now rank. It drafted this post too, I just made it sound like me. One person plus an agent turned out to be enough for a whole city. 5 months in: 7,677 real rent pins, 30,606 owner–tenant intros, ~191K visitors, and Google sends 500-ish clicks a day (#1 for "bangalore rent", never bought a backlink).
