Original Summary
I recently launched my first ebook to an Instagram audience of around 430K followers. Sales were very slow at first. They've started to pick up a little since then, but the biggest lesson has been how different attention is from buying intent. People can watch, save, share, and follow your content for years without necessarily wanting to buy something from you. I'm starting to think audience size matters much less than how closely the offer matches why people followed you in the first place. Anyone else learned this after trying to monetize an audience? submitted by /u/wonderday_maker [link] [comments]
