Original Summary

I’ve been working on Lumo , an agent that can chase refunds, negotiating a lower bill or cancel a subscription. The idea is that it handles all of this either through secure browser or email. I’ve rebuilt it recently and need more people to try it. It’s free during the beta, including any fees we’d normally charge for saving or recovering money. Ideally you’d have something you actually want to sort out and could let me know how you get on. If you give up halfway through, knowing why would help too. It would need you to connect your bank accounts if you want it to proactively suggest tasks to work on but if you have a bill/subscription in mind, you can ask the assistant to do it and it will without account connection.
