Original Summary
Hey, I’ve been working on CompDesk since February, so around 7 months now. The goal from the start was to make a debloated helpdesk that does the job without turning into a giant platform. Something lightweight that you can self-host, deploy quickly, manage tickets, departments, users and agents, and not pay per user for. It has ticket routing, roles, custom forms, attachments, comments, SLA, notifications, Entra ID, webhooks, a help center, branding and a few other things. Docker Compose is the main install method. It’s still beta and I’m sure there are things I missed. I’d really appreciate anyone willing to install it and tell me what breaks, what feels confusing, or what you think is missing.
