Disclosure: I'm the builder of the product mentioned at the end of this post. One thing that keeps slowing me down as I add more provider integrations: every provider's webhooks are shaped completely differently - different field names, different nesting, different retry/signature schemes. Every new integration means writing one-off parsing code again, and it never quite generalizes to the next provider. Curious how others here have actually dealt with this at scale - do you maintain a per-provider parser library, pay for a third-party normalization service, or just accept the duplication as a one-time cost per integration and move on?
