Google Calendar lets you add travel time by hand, one way, if you remember. I never did, and people kept booking the half hour I needed to get somewhere. DOFOTT (Don't Forget Travel Time) does it for you. Connect Google Calendar, type your address once. Every event with a location gets a block before and after it with the real trip from Google Maps: car, transit, bike or walking. Move the meeting and the blocks follow in a few seconds (that's the video). The blocks are ordinary events, so they show on your phone, and Calendly or Cal.com see them as busy. What it doesn't do: it never touches your own events, it doesn't store titles or attendees (only event id, place, start, end), and there is nothing to install. Price, up front, because I'd want to know: 12 meetings with a place a month: free a month past 12: $5 + tax, unlimited for the rest of it or $36 + tax a year the month you join is free whatever happens It does ask for a card when you sign up. Nothing is charged in a month under twelve, and you get an email the day you cross, but I know a card is a wall. That's the part I'm least sure about, and I'd like to hear it straight.
