Original Summary
Hey everyone, I recently launched my first SaaS, and I'm considering running my first Google Ads campaign. The product is live and working, and I currently have 4 users, including my first paying customer. I've already done some basic SEO and Reddit promotion, and now I'm thinking about testing Google Search Ads. Google is recommending a much higher daily budget, but since this is my first campaign, I'm thinking of starting at around $5/day and testing before putting more money into it. For those who have used Google Ads for an early-stage SaaS: Is $5/day enough to learn anything useful, or is that too low? Would you start with $5–10/day, or spend more for a shorter period to collect data faster? And most importantly, has Google Search Ads actually worked for your SaaS, or did you get better results from organic channels? I'm not expecting ads to magically grow the product. I mainly want to test whether people actively searching for this problem will click, sign up, and eventually convert to paid users. Would love to hear what worked (or didn't work) for you. submitted by /u/kostasa124 [link] [comments]
