Original Summary
One of the hardest conversion bottlenecks for deep tech or infrastructure SaaS is explaining what happens under the hood without drowning the visitor in docs. When a product solves something abstract like agent memory, latency, or token consumption, static landing page copy usually fails to deliver the aha moment in the first five seconds. Most visitors bounce before understanding why the architecture matters. I wanted to test solving this purely through a deterministic 15 second product animation instead of a generic UI screencast or stock graphics. Took Memorable from the recent YC batch as a case study: showing the core pain of amnesiac agents burning tokens, collapsing the terminal into a procedural graph, and ending on hard retention metrics. Curious how other technical founders here approach this. Do high fidelity motion assets actually move the needle on your conversion rates, or do you find simple interactive sandboxes work better for developer tools? submitted by /u/Senya_Edit [link] [comments]
